The support group brings together young women below the age of 45 with a primary cancer. It provides information on treatment options and techniques to improve wellbeing.

Coming to the end of treatment can bring its own challenges. Our six-week course is for anyone facing life after cancer. It offers skills and techniques to support you in addressing the physical, emotional and practical issues you might face when your treatment is over. Topics include emotional wellbeing, returning to work, exercise, healthy eating and staying on track.
